No chemicals or pesticides are used and biodiversity is strong in the vineyards. Soils Clay and limestone Harvest & Vinification Hand harvested. Carbonic maceration. Fermentation for 15 days in cement with native yeast and without sulfur. The wine is bottled without fining.
