A solid, mouth filling, slightly gusty style. 93 Decanter Beautiful dark purple in colour. This is gorgeous, with deep damson fruits rippling with minerality. It isn't overworked but is full of intensity. It has a lot of characteristics of the best limestone plateaux wines of St milion and is one of the value picks of Bordeaux. Excellent.
