With the fine serration on the edge you can easily cut soft cheeses like Camembert or Brie. The recesses prevent sticking. And with the picker or the fork at the tip you can spread the cheese or eat it directly. Gude knives are hand forged in Solingen, Germany from one piece of chrome vanadium
