2022 Azienda Agricola Cos Pithos Bianco Sicilia IGT, Sicily, Italy Luis Perez 100% Grenache Gris from 100+Made from the Grecanico grape, a local variety of Garganega (of Soave fame), sourced from the estate Fontane vineyard. Spontaneous fermentation lasting ten to fifteen days in amphorae on the skins with indigenous yeast. The 2019 remained in contact with the skins for a little over one month in amphora. Aged in amphorae for seven months followed by three months in the bottle before release.
