NV BXT 'California Immersion' Brut, California, USA France 2018 Domaine Jean-Claude Credoz Chateau-ChalonFrom the winemaker: Our California Immersion is a vintage blend of 46% Pinot Noir, 36% Chardonnay and 16% Pinot Meunier from the seven organically farmed vineyards we worked with in 2024. Grapes were gently pressed, oxidatively handled, and fermented with native yeasts in used French oak.
