CASA MEXICO TEQUILA ANEJO 750ML Oregon Wine suggestions of marzipanProduced with fully mature blue agave, handpicked from the mineral rich red clay soils of the Highlands in Jalisco, Mxico. We cook the pias in brick ovens for two days, then crush them in the tahona mill. The juice is naturally fermented and double distilled in copper alambique stills and laid to rest for 12 months in American white oak barrels. The finished Aejo is an all natural, smooth, amber hued spirit ready to be enjoyed.
