Here we have a great pair of Heer Army 1st Issue Winterhose Winter Parka Trousers, one of many items developed for the cold eastern front during WWII. As with many of the "winter" items, they are reversible, with a wool "Mouse Grey" side, and a cotton white side, which is more off white now due to wear and age toning. The 1st issue was made 1942 1943, and did not have the knee patches or storm flaps that later types
