Vater & Sohn NV` Sonnhof Social Club and flavors of ripe orangeA white blend from limestone soils in Volkach, led by Mller Thurgau with Silvaner and Riesling. Grapes are foot crushed and mostly direct pressed, with a short maceration for a portion of the blend. Fermented with native yeasts and aged across stainless steel and oak, the wine rests on lees before bottling. Unfined, unfiltered, and with no added sulfur, it shows a balanced, easygoing style.
