Stalingrad Cross Insignia On Hauptmanns Shoulder Boards GTRexclude March 1885Infantry Hauptmanns shoulder boards, with Hoch und Deutschmeister Kreutz, also called Stalingrad Cross (25. 0x33. 25mm) insignia attached; insignia is die stamped in silvered iron (magnetic) and is lacquered; moderately worn, in very fine condition. These honorary insignia was worn by the Reichsgrenadier Division Hoch und Deutschmeister (formerly 44th Infantry Division, nearly completely destroyed at Stalingrad).
