Croatia, Independent State. An Order Of The Iron Trefoil, I Class, C.1941 Auction and light age-related discolouration(Red eljeznog Trolista). Instituted in 1941. Cross in black lacquered non magnetic metal alloy, silvered centrepiece with red and blue enamels, unmarked but of typical Braca Knaus of Zagreb manufacture, measuring 50. 2 mm (w) x 51 mm (h), intact enamels, contact mark evident on the arm at 9 o'clock on the obverse, on its original full length neck ribbon, near extremely fine. Accompanied by a Photograph of a Group of Seven Officers, the two central
