Moscatel de Alejandría 2022 Domaine de l`Ange Vin offering layered baked and driedA vibrant white from old bush trained Moscatel vines in the hills of Checura in Chiles Itata Valley. The vineyards are dry farmed, ungrafted, and range from 30 to more than 100 years old, planted on granitic soils with red clay and quartz. Mingaco farms regeneratively and follows biodynamic practices, working in harmony with the natural rhythms of the valley. Fermented with minimal intervention, the wine reflects the bright aromatics and freshness of
