A collection of four picture postcards, including a postcard featuring a black and white photograph of Groadmiral Hans von Kster (1844 1928) in uniform, photographed by E. Bieber, Berlin, the reverse presents unused, identified as a welfare card of the Reich Association for the Support of German Veterans and participants of the war from the Army and Navy, measuring 8. 8 cm (w) x 13. 8 cm (h), presenting mild scuffing, and in near
