Japan, Empire. A Cased Order of the Sacred Treasure, III. Class, c. 1935 Newly Listed 23 mm x 86(Zuiho Sh). Instituted January 4th, 1888. A well preserved cased example of a Japanese Imperial Order of the Sacred Treasure, 3rd. Class. Constructed of silver with white and blue enamels, along with sixteen red glass cabochons, on a loop and broad ring for suspension from a period original neck ribbon featuring a gilded clasp, measuring 52. 0 mm (w) x 56. 1 mm (l). Accompanied by its presentation case, constructed of black bakelite with a lacquered
